Job Description VIVA. is seeking an energetic, motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for eng aging current clients on behalf of our agencies with the goal of setting pre-qualified appointments , making live transfers , and scheduling phone/email connections . This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and receive inbound cold calls to potential prospects Make warm calls to existing client databases Schedule qualified appointments or successfully transfer calls live Follow call scripts Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous demeanor on all calls Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently Operate within required timelines and productivity expectations Serve as a self-starter with strong time-management skills Requirements C-1/ C-2 English level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to establish rapport with prospects quickly Solid product knowledge retention Goal-driven mindset Benefits Full remote position Paid time off Paid medical leave 40 hour work week Weekends off
