Job Summary The Product Support Intern is a self-starter, looking for a unique growth opportunity. This intern will be responsible for an array of tasks and projects that will challenge, inspire, and pave the foundational building blocks of their career. As a Product Support Intern you will: Respond to customer inquiries utilizing Service Now. Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high customer satisfaction. Manage the support team ticketing queue. Assigning cases and tasks. Gain experience working in Cybersecurity Observe, analyze, and propose process improvements suggestions and/or reports Qualifications: Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to Document a Technical Issue for escalation Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner Displays excellent judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm Available to work full-time Monday-Friday Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science or other related IT degree.
