Multi-Country Compliance: Ensure invoicing, payment and collection processes comply with local VAT/tax and regulatory requirements in each of the four countries. Month-End Support: Prepare AP/AR aging reports, accruals and supporting schedules as part of the standardized Month-End-Close (MEC) process. Systems & Process Improvement: Work within our Oracle NetSuite ERP and Payflow integrations, and contribute to the ongoing rollout of new AP/AR automation and procurement tools. Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the regional Accountants and the Head of Accounting, supporting ad-hoc administrative and analytical tasks as needed.
