Your Role

As an Aravo System Consultant, you will:

• Configure Aravo workflows, assessments, questionnaires, dashboards, and custom reports to align with business needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient system solutions and technical designs.
• Support system integrations, APIs, data migration, user testing, deployments, and platform upgrades.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze platform performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Document technical solutions, system configurations, and train platform administrators and end-users.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3+ years of hands-on technical and configuration experience with the Aravo TPRM platform.
• In-depth functional knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and vendor onboarding lifecycle processes.
• Proven experience configuring Aravo workflows, custom reporting, integrations, APIs, and data migration.
• Demonstrated hands-on involvement with system testing, platform deployments, and release upgrades.
• Strong analytical, system troubleshooting, and multi-stakeholder communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience managing Aravo platform operations within a large enterprise or regulated industry context.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration tools.
• Strong capabilities in creating administrative user guides and delivering technical training sessions.
• Experience in automated test execution and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination.
• Relevant industry certifications in vendor risk management, information security, or platform administration.
