Project Architect Design Exceptional Spaces. Deliver Inspired Results. We're seeking a Project Architect to help bring high-end workplace, media, and retail interior projects to life. In this role, you'll collaborate with designers, consultants, and clients to transform innovative concepts into beautifully executed spaces, guiding projects from design development through construction. What You'll Do Develop and coordinate design and construction documents in Revit. Translate design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases. Conduct site surveys, code reviews, and technical due diligence. Lead construction administration activities including site visits, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and change orders. Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and project schedules. Support presentations, client meetings, and occasional business development efforts. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 4+ years of architectural experience, ideally in workplace, retail, media, or commercial interiors. Advanced Revit proficiency (required). Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building systems, and codes. Construction administration and field experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
