Your work enables development teams across Rabobank to create trustworthy artificial intelligence solutions while meeting strict requirements for security, compliance, operational quality and sovereignty. Experience with software engineering best practices, platform design and architecture governance. Experience with data integration for structured and unstructured data and with agentic artificial intelligence frameworks, orchestration platforms, evaluation methods or artificial intelligence governance. Lead cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues while creating clarity in complex situations. Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly and effectively in English across different disciplines.
