Primary Responsibilities
As an Architect specializing in CAD and construction documentation, you will:
Create detailed and accurate floor plans and elevation sets based on specific project requirements and architectural standards
Develop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering applications using industry-standard software
Prepare precise Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts for manufacturing and construction documentation
Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics in compliance with industry standards and best practices
Design, review, and optimize PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability, functionality, and integration within building systems
Collaborate with project stakeholders through structured exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions
Deliver thorough, well-organized documentation packages that meet project milestones and quality expectations
Maintain consistency across multi-document sets and ensure all deliverables align with project specifications
