About the Role Leadership: The Team Lead for this role is Vlastimil Sopuch , based in Perth . Vlastimil is a collaborative leader who empowers his team to drive innovation while maintaining a steadfast commitment to technical excellence and customer success. As an Architect , you will design and govern cutting-edge Microsoft 365 solutions across modern endpoint management and data security, translating complex business and compliance requirements into practical, scalable architectures. We will count on you to provide trusted technical leadership, guide our delivery teams through complex implementations, and contribute to building reusable practice IP that elevates our entire organisation. Along the way, you will get to: Lead customer discovery and architecture workshops to understand business outcomes, endpoint management requirements, data security priorities, and compliance drivers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to C-suite and technical stakeholders alike Design enterprise-grade modern endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Windows Autopilot, and device compliance frameworks, while architecting sophisticated Microsoft Purview information protection and data loss prevention solutions Provide technical leadership through delivery , guiding implementation resources, reviewing solution quality, and acting as the escalation point for complex design and integration challenges Contribute to practice excellence by developing reusable reference architectures, delivery accelerators, and knowledge-sharing materials that strengthen the Modern Work & Security practice Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What We're Looking For Strong hands-on architecture-level expertise in Microsoft Intune, modern endpoint management, Windows 11 rollout, Windows Autopilot, SOE design, device compliance, and endpoint lifecycle management Deep experience designing Microsoft Purview solutions across information protection, sensitivity labelling, encryption, data loss prevention, and data security capabilities for AI, including Data Security Posture Management and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills , with the ability to lead workshops, translate technical complexity into clear recommendations, and present confidently to executive, security, compliance, and operational audiences Relevant Microsoft certifications (Endpoint, Security, Compliance, Identity, or Azure), with expert-level certifications highly desirable What You Can Expect We're legendary for taking care of you, your family, and for helping you engage with your local community.
