Contribute to healthcare-related projects such as hospitals and other medical facilities, applying knowledge of healthcare design principles when applicable. Work on corporate interior projects in collaboration with a separate studio, supporting design and documentation needs as assigned. Maintain a polished, up-to-date portfolio and be prepared to clearly explain your role, responsibilities, and contributions on past projects. Collaborate in a highly team-oriented environment, sharing ideas and information and supporting a culture of inclusion and ownership across all experience levels. Manage deadlines and support timely delivery of project milestones within typical project durations of 6–18 months. Engage in ongoing professional development by working under and learning from established architecture and interior design leaders in the local community. Essential Skills 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Strong proficiency in Revit, including regular, hands-on use for design, documentation, and coordination. Experience producing construction documents and construction documentation. Experience supporting construction administration activities. Ability to work effectively in design development phases. Ability to create clear architectural documentation and renderings. A polished portfolio that showcases relevant architectural work and demonstrates the ability to discuss project details and personal contributions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and project experience. Attention to detail and commitment to meeting project deadlines. Work Environment The work environment is highly collaborative and inclusive, promoting shared ownership of projects across all levels of experience. Team members work closely together in an open office layout where everyone, including principals, sits in an open studio setting.
