Architectural Documenter (AU Experience Required)

In this role, you'll create and update detailed architectural drawings and documents, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations. As a key player in our team, you'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to gather the necessary information for accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: Employ excellent technical drawing skills to create detailed architectural documents. Utilize proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce high-quality documentation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to gather necessary information. Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Ensure all documents comply with industry standards and regulations. Review and verify the accuracy of architectural documents. Conduct quality checks to ensure documents are error-free. Manage document revisions and updates efficiently. Stay updated on building codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance. Organize and maintain document libraries for easy access. Work as a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly. Contribute to the smooth execution and completion of construction projects through accurate documentation. Essential skills and qualifications: 5-6 years of previous experience in architectural documentation or a similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Familiarity with document management systems and software. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
