We are looking for someone who has a demonstrable passion and motivation for high-quality design as well as excellent graphical skills and a technical awareness. There will be an opportunity to work on a range of high-quality projects and develop your skillset whilst playing a key role in the design and delivery of projects at various RIBA stages, including on-site experience for those seeking to progress onto their Part 3. As a member of the Marrons team, you will continue to develop your career working collaboratively with colleagues within our multi-disciplinary consultancy, alongside having ample opportunities to build client relationships and start developing your own workload. You will be involved in projects from the day one, working closely with colleagues, clients and other consultants. The key duties will be: Playing a key role in delivering projects across all RIBA stages. Production of relevant drawings and Design and Access Statements for planning applications and technical information for tender packages. Contributing to project meetings with clients and other consultants. Contributing to presentations to client teams, pre-application meetings and other stakeholders. Liaising with clients and other consultants. Ensure drawings comply with statutory regulations and relevant local design standards. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proficiency in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion & Adobe suite. Experience in a similar role, working on UK based residential and mixed-use schemes. An approach to design that is rooted in good site and context analysis. Excellent design and presentation skills. Enthusiastic and reliable with excellent time keeping and communication skills. Completed a Part II Architecture or Architectural Technology qualification . Able to work in a hybrid set up from one of our Birmingham, Bristol or London offices due to current team set up.
