We're looking for a new member to join our vibrant and international Customer Success team. Alongside 15 dedicated and helpful colleagues, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers. We hope you’ll enjoy our social vibe just as much as we do 🤓 What to expect when you join Whether you’re new to Customer Success or have some experience under your belt, our team will make sure you’re properly onboarded. You’ll quickly pick up our playful tone of voice (both with customers and internally) and get familiar with our systems and platforms What’s the job about? As a Customer Success Associate & Crafting Expert at Hobbii, you’ll be looking after our lovely customers via email, phone and Trustpilot. You’ll play a key role in delivering the best customer service possible. With your charm and dedication, you’ll assist our customers with everything from yarn, patterns and product specifics to general questions about shipping details and more. Your friends say you... Have strong communication skills, you’re the one who listens Craft beautiful or fun stuff🫶 Are friendly and outgoing, lighting up the room even on the gloomiest of days☀️ Feel successful when a customer thanks you for the great service and honest advice you’ve given Psst... We expect that you can say yes to: Strong knitting or crocheting skills and that you can read/understand/explain patterns🧶 Experience in communicating with customers Professional proficiency in Danish and fluency in both German and English (both spoken and written) - We're basically looking for a linguistic wizard/witch Excited about how AI can support you - experience with this is a BIG PLUS😇 A Danish work permit The practical stuff You’ll be based at our vibrant HQ on Dortheavej, Copenhagen, where we offer brekkie, a delicious lunch, themed Friday bars, and damn good coffee ☕️. We’re also flexible with remote working 🧑‍💻 as long as we get to enjoy your company at the office minimum 3-4 days weekly.
