Join us as an Area Coach and take charge of driving the success of multiple KFC locations in Dallas, TX . Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles. Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth. Upholding our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional team-building capability. Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making. Basic personal computer literacy. Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development. Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction. College or University Degree preferred. Salary Range: $78,500 to $95,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
