You will: • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Psychologists, Social Workers and Rehabilitation Counsellors • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and clinical excellence • Provide onboarding, mentoring and technical development to support consultant growth and capability • Drive quality, consistency and commercial performance across psychological services • Support the delivery of evidence-based services including psychological injury management, counselling interventions, mental health fitness for work assessments, psychological functional capacity evaluations and facilitated workplace discussions • Partner with customers, insurers, employers and internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes • Ensure services align with legislative requirements, clinical governance standards and customer expectations • Identify opportunities for service innovation, growth and continuous improvement Why This Role Stands Out This is more than a people leadership position. About You We're looking for a confident and collaborative leader who is passionate about psychological health and workplace wellbeing. You will bring: • Tertiary qualifications and professional registration or membership as a Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor • Strong experience in workplace rehabilitation, psychological injury management or occupational health services • Demonstrated expertise supporting people with psychological injuries, psychosocial barriers and return to work needs • Experience delivering or overseeing services such as counselling interventions, fitness for work assessments, functional capacity evaluations, vocational counselling or facilitated discussions • A passion for developing people through coaching, mentoring and capability building • Leadership experience or the readiness to step into a senior leadership role • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Commercial awareness and a growth mindset • A commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for workers, employers and customers Ready to Make an Impact?
