Area Service Manager – North-West Italy / Turin (Remote) Location: North-West Italy / Turin area, Italy (Remote) Area of Responsibility: North-West Italy About the Role Epta is seeking an experienced Area Service Manager to oversee service operations across the North-West region of Italy , with Turin serving as the focal point of the territory . The successful candidate will ensure high service standards, support customer satisfaction, coordinate local technical organizations, and manage service partners and subcontractors throughout the region. Remote Working This is a 100% remote position and can be done from any location within Italy, with Turin serving as the focal point of the assigned region (North-West Italy) Regular travel within the North-West Italy region is required to support customers, service operations, and business activities No office attendance is required Company car available for both business and personal use Key Responsibilities Coordinate all Service activities with local Technical organizations Responsible for data elaboration, consolidation and analysis with QM, to provide monthly reporting to Customers Continuous review and definition of improvements in After sales service processes Acquire deep knowledge of existing Service agreements (Customer’s Service contracts) and support the preparation phase according to Epta’s policy. Manage recall campaigns in coordination with Quality/Non-Conformity and Service organizations Manage preventive and actual cost analysis (with detail of materials, labor or outside subcontractors) for all Service activities Scout new external providers (subcontractors), negotiate the rates and SLA Manage the subcontractors by verifying the SLA, costs, overdue, certification and documentation) Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role Engineering degree or equivalent technical education is an advantage Previous experience in the commercial refrigeration industry or a similar sector is considered an advantage Fluency in Italian is mandatory English: considered a plus, but not required Any additional language skills are considered an advantage Previous management experience, preferably in an international or multinational environment, is a plus Willingness to travel regularly within the North-West Italy region to support customers, service operations, and business activities Key Competencies After sales management Customer relationship management Contract and SLA management Project and program management Sales support Commercial and operational business understanding Leadership Skills Customer-centric mindset Accountability and ownership Change management and innovation Teamwork and people development Strong execution and results orientation Global mindset and adaptability What we offer At Epta, we offer a transparent and competitive compensation package aligned with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement ( CCNL - Metalworking ). CCNL level: B2 Base salary: From € 33,059 gross per year (CCNL Level B2 minimum).
