Role Description The Argentina Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract-based opportunity to establish and manage a Lingua Learn virtual language school in Argentina. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing and outreach, building relationships with individual and corporate clients, and coordinating online language programs. The franchise partner will manage teacher recruitment and training in alignment with Lingua Learn’s standards, monitor performance metrics, and ensure a high level of learner satisfaction. The role also involves implementing Lingua Learn’s operational processes, managing budgets, and collaborating with the central team for ongoing support, training, and product updates.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, represent the brand, and manage professional correspondence.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and adapt strategies.
• Candidates should possess Training experience to support onboarding and development of instructors and staff.
• Experience in education, language training, or EdTech, and familiarity with online learning platforms.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, business development experience, and ability to manage a remote operation.
• Fluency in Spanish and good proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting contractual obligations, and comfort working independently within a franchise framework.
