Argentina — Remote Business Development Representative (LatAm & US Markets)

About the role

RevAI is an AI consulting and implementation firm operating across LatAm and the US. We're hiring this role to support lead generation on a client project; specific client details and engagement scope are shared during the interview process.

We're looking for a Business Development Representative with real experience in B2B outbound prospecting, comfortable working across two languages and two markets in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify outbound leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, following the defined ICP (mid-market/growth-stage companies with ops-heavy operations in logistics, fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and corporate research).
• Run outreach sequences in English and Spanish, adapting tone and messaging to each market (LatAm and US).
• Log and maintain activity, contacts, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM with strict data discipline.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team, meeting a clear qualification bar — not just volume.
• Collaborate on iterating messaging and sequences based on response rates and sales team feedback.
• Report weekly pipeline metrics (contacts, response rates, meetings booked).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B environments, ideally tech, SaaS, or consulting.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, both written and spoken — non-negotiable, since prospecting happens in both languages simultaneously.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot (or an equivalent CRM, with willingness to ramp up on HubSpot quickly).
• Excellent written communication; able to write outreach that doesn't sound generic.
• Self-management and discipline to work fully remote against clear activity metrics.
• Nice to have: prior experience prospecting or selling across both LatAm and US markets simultaneously.
