🎨 We’re Hiring: Art Director | Remote – Egypt

Hashtag is looking for an Art Director to join our creative team remotely from Egypt

In this role, you’ll work across multiple exciting clients, developing creative concepts and ideas that keep their social presence fresh, engaging, and relevant. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and social teams to turn ideas into high-quality content and campaigns that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality creative content and innovative ideas for clients’ social media presence.
• Work across multiple clients and develop monthly content calendars.
• Conceptualize and develop video scripts and storyboards
• Pitch digital campaigns and creative ideas to clients alongside the team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, pitches, and new creative concepts.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving Hashtag’s creative standards and processes.
• Develop themes and ideas to keep 10+ clients’ social media channels engaging and relevant.
• Attend client meetings for presentations and creative briefings.
• Ensure all creative output follows client brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.

What we’re looking for:

A creative, proactive, and concept-driven Art Director who understands social media, has a strong visual eye, and can turn briefs into fresh, compelling ideas. You should be comfortable working across multiple brands, collaborating with teams, and presenting your creative thinking to clients.
