Art Director The Digital Fashion House with a Social-First Approach Are you a creative and commercially driven Art Director with strong visual storytelling skills and a collaborative mindset? NA-KD is looking for an Art Director to own the creative direction of our fashion campaigns, from concept to final delivery. Art Director As Art Director, you will lead the creative direction of fashion campaign projects, shaping the visual concept, storytelling, and overall campaign expression from idea to launch. You will own the creative process across pre-production, shoot, and post-production, ensuring every asset delivers on concept, brand alignment, and commercial impact. From visual mock-ups in the early concept phase to final execution across all involved channels, you will help elevate our campaign output with strong, high-quality visuals. Reports to: Creative Manager Key Responsibilities Own the full creative direction for our campaigns, ensuring a clear visual concept and strong storytelling throughout the launch. Lead and execute creative development from concept to final delivery, including mood boards, visual mock-ups, key frames, and asset direction. Drive pre-production creative planning, including creative mock ups, shot lists, styling direction, location/set references, and talent direction. Lead creative on set, directing talent, mood, and overall execution to deliver against the approved concept and campaign vision. Oversee post-production creative, ensuring final edits, retouching, grading, and cropping align with the campaign storytelling and desired output. Ensure campaign consistency across all channels (e-commerce, paid, organic social, CRM, web, OOH, and all customer facing touchpoints). Collaborate with Production, Marketing, Styling, Photo, Design, and other stakeholders to secure timelines, alignment, and high-quality delivery. Deliver final assets according to brief and channel requirements, ensuring every detail meets quality standards and is launch-ready. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Ability to translate creative concepts into clear visual mock-ups, key frames, and asset direction. 3–5+ years of experience in Art Direction or campaign-focused content production within fashion or lifestyle. Experience working with fashion campaigns across pre, shoot, and post-production. Strong visual storytelling skills and a sharp eye for aesthetics, styling, and composition. Comfortable leading on set and making creative decisions live to secure the desired output. Strong understanding of channel needs and formatting (paid social, OOH, e-com, CRM, web, etc.). Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. A portfolio showcasing campaign work and creative execution.
