Art Director

We’re looking for an Art Director who can turn insight into impact — someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and believes great ideas deserve even better execution.

What You’ll Be Directing

• Translate strategy and insight into clear, distinctive visual ideas
• Lead art direction across digital, social, film, motion, print, content, and spaces
• Partner closely with Copywriters, Content Producers, Motion Designers, and Tech
• Shape visual languages — not just single assets
• Craft decks, frames, and stories that sell ideas with confidence
• Be present on shoots and productions to protect the work
• Raise the bar — not with ego, but with taste, discipline, and care

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of agency experience (or equivalent creative firepower)
• A strong, opinionated portfolio with ideas first, visuals second
• Comfortable directing across formats, platforms, and speeds
• Strong sense of typography, composition, colour, and motion
• Knows when to push — and when to protect the idea
• Collaborative, curious, and allergic to mediocrity
• Calm under pressure, sharp under deadlines

• You’ll be trusted to own your work — and help others elevate theirs
• You’ll be expected to think, not just execute
