AI Adoption Lead / Change Manager

Contract Length: Initial 2 Months (Very Likely Extension)

Location: Remote (UK Candidate Only)

Day Rate: £500-£600 per day (Outside IR35)

We're working with a large, nationally recognised organisation embarking on a significant AI transformation programme. They're looking for an experienced AI Adoption Lead to help ensure the successful rollout of a new AI platform across a diverse workforce.

This is a hands-on change management role where you'll lead the people side of AI adoption. You'll develop the adoption strategy, create communications and training, engage stakeholders at all levels and help embed responsible AI into everyday ways of working. The organisation has a broad mix of employees, volunteers and regional teams, making stakeholder engagement and behavioural change key to success.

Key Experience Needed

• Experience leading the implementation and adoption of AI or GenAI tools
• Strong organisational change management and behavioural adoption experience
• Experience creating communications, training and rollout materials
• Practical understanding of Responsible AI and human-in-the-loop working
• Experience engaging senior leaders and diverse user groups
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI adoption strategy and implementation roadmap
• Develop communications, learning materials and user guidance
• Deliver workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Promote responsible AI practices and build user confidence
• Support leaders through organisational and behavioural change
• Measure adoption, gather feedback and continuously improve the rollout
• Help embed AI into existing business processes and ways of working
