AI Specialist Opportunities (Grouped Job Post):

Title: AI Specialists (Architecture / Enablement / Security & Governance)

Location: Finland (Flexible: Jyväskylä, Tampere, Järvenpää, or Helsinki hubs – 75% Remote)

Contract Period: 14 Sep 2026 – 30 Jun 2027 (9–12 Months)

Allocation: 100% (37.5 hours / week)

Language: Fluent English

About the Roles:

We are recruiting for three key senior contract positions to drive enterprise-wide AI

transformation, architecture, adoption, and compliance for a leading global industrial organization.

• Stream 1: AI Architect
• Focus: Define enterprise-level AI vision, connect business priorities with cloud/data platform architectures, design scalable AI solution blueprints, and act as an executive advisor on AI investments and business value.
• Key Skills: Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, AI Solution Design, Cloud/Data Platform Integration, Strategic Advisory.

• Stream 2: AI Change Manager
• Focus: Build and lead a global AI Champion network, design interactive training and capability programs, scale Generative AI use cases across global business units, and drive organizational adoption.
• Key Skills: Organizational Change Management, Global Network Facilitation, Generative AI Use Case Scaling, Stakeholder Management.

• Stream 3: AI Security, Governance & Risk Lead
• Focus: Establish governance frameworks, assess security/data/compliance risks, design controls for responsible and safe AI deployment, and monitor evolving global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR).
• Key Skills: AI Governance, Information Security, Risk Management, Responsible AI/Ethics, Data Protection.

Requirements:

• Senior expertise aligned with one of the three strategic streams above.
• Demonstrated experience working within large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• High-level communication skills to bridge technical engineering units with business leaders.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
