YOUR ROLE In this role you´ll participate with a Top Client in the Automotive Industry defining and maintaining embedded software/system development processes applying ASPICE, translating process change requests into clear, compliant, and deployable process definitions. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor Degree in Automotive Design, Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent ASPICE expert (a pplying ASPICE to real production projects, not just performing assessments, including process framework, mapping requirements and expectations to development processes) Process management expert, including creating and updating development processes, standards, operating procedures (OPs), process flows, and requirements Previous experience as an Embedded Software Developer, with advanced understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process Definition & Authoring Experience Ability to write clear, s tructured process requirements , including “Shall / should” statements, Role responsibilities, Required templates Ensuring processes are clear and unambiguous, Compliant with standards, practical and deployable for engineering teams Hands‑on experience creating or updating Development processes, standards, SOPS, Lifecycle definitions Ability to translate standards and models (ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity) into: Clear process flows, Defined roles and responsibilities, required work products, Entry / exit criteria Working knowledge of ALM tools (Atlassian, IBM DOORS preferred) Advanced English Communication WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
