Assessment Clinician

SAGE Counseling's Assessment Clinician is responsible for all aspects of the initial assessment of clients for intake into the respective SAGE program, including interviewing, gathering data for a comprehensive assessment, making a clinical diagnosis, and completing the initial individual service plan. What do Clinicians do?: Conduct assessments Diagnosing Complete intakes for new clients Pay: depending on licensure and experience Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $65,000 Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $68,000 Independent Licensed Clinicians: up to $70,000 Where will you work?: Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona. All equipment needed for this position is provided. We are looking for Assessors in the Phx Metro area !! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!
