Your responsibilities will include: Managing qualified inbound opportunities while continuing to build your own client portfolio Structuring and submitting consumer and commercial asset finance applications across a broad lender panel Managing clients from enquiry through to settlement Developing referral partnerships and generating repeat business Delivering an exceptional customer experience Contributing to the growth and success of our new Brisbane office About You We're looking for someone who has: Experience in asset finance broking Strong knowledge of consumer and/or commercial asset finance Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, self-driven approach High attention to detail and strong compliance standards A desire to grow with a business that's investing in Brisbane Previous leadership experience isn't essential.
