We’re hiring an Asset Management Associate I at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This position is fully remote. The Asset Management Specialist will play a critical role in managing and optimizing asset-related processes for EquipmentShare and its dealerships. This position will focus on creating automated workflows, generating detailed reports, and ensuring the integrity of sold asset records and dealership floorplans. Primary Responsibilities Utilize Alteryx and other tools to develop workflows that automate asset management tasks and reduce manual effort. Create automated reports for sold assets and dealership assets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery on a monthly and quarterly basis. Generate detailed monthly and quarterly reports on sold assets, providing insights and actionable data to leadership. Collaborate with the Treasury team to identify opportunities for process improvements through automation. Dealership and Floorplan Management: Stay informed on the status of dealership floorplans and associated documents, ensuring alignment with company policies. Provide ongoing support to dealerships by maintaining accurate floorplan data and resolving discrepancies. Equipment Audits: Assist in audits for Equipmentshare and dealerships, ensuring compliance with lender and company requirements. Reconcile asset data and provide support during lender or internal audits. Additional Responsibilities: Support ad hoc projects related to sold assets and dealership operations. Collaborate with other departments to align asset management processes with broader company goals. Maintain accurate documentation and assist in the development of policies and procedures to enhance asset management practices. Why EquipmentShare? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with asset management or reporting systems. Familiarity with dealership operations and floorplans is highly preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in asset management, treasury, or a related role.. Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
