As an Asset Sales Generalist , you will assist the Asset Sales Specialist with end-of-lease income, through a variety of channels; renewals/extensions with lessees or arrange for equipment sales to partners and third parties, while ensuring the equipment is returned in its agreed upon condition. This process may include lease expiry notifications, email follow-up, personal contact with customers to discuss options and procedures. All these activities require clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders. Handle end of lease inquiries related to documentation, including providing copy of renewal invoices, return instructions, buyout, copy of contracts, etc.… In case of equipment returns: organize logistics to ensure cost-effective and delivery of assets to be remarketed. Make decisions to determine next steps in the end of lease process is necessary to finalize a file. Execute appropriate documentation, invoicing sale of assets, and several administrative functions Enforce contractual cancellation terms and return conditions, arrange for the timely collection of restocking fees, excess usage, and damages to DLL’s equipment. Liaison with vendor and dealer partners on all end of lease related requests. Work an assigned worklist for follow-up related to Asset disposition. Manage refunds & lease terminations.
