Assistant Brand Manager

We manufacture and sell Zenutrients, a natural and plant-powered hair care brand that provides health-oriented beauty lovers with products that care for them at their roots. Our 2 brands, Gugo and Curls, provide solution-focused, effective hair care products for hairfall and curly hair care. We are present in national retailers such as Watson's and Robinson's as well as online through TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

We're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to work directly under the Brand Manager, dedicated fully to one brand.This person will know the brand inside and out the way the BM does, and will own key projects end-to-end while supporting the BM on bigger strategic and campaign work. Scope will flex based on what the brand needs but expect a mix of strategic support and full project ownership, such as the Affiliate Club, content creator management, and budget/expense tracking.

This is an entry-level role, so expect a lot of learning, growing, and real, hands-on experience! We don't expect a 10/10 skill stack, but we do expect 10/10 hunger and willingness to learn, improve, and succeed.

Required

• Operational excellence and project management (planning → execution → wrap-up → evaluation)

• Broad digital marketing literacy (content, social media, paid ads)

Roles and Responsibilities

Content Execution and Creator Management

• Work with Brand Manager and cross-functional team to execute content strategies across TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms
• Manage and grow relationships with content creators working on the brand
• Source and onboard new creators
• Brief creators and review content from a strategic/brand lens

Project Execution and Ownership

• Own the TikTok Affiliates Club end-to-end - engagement, onboarding, dashboards, content briefers, member events
• Own budget and expense tracking for the brand

Strategic Support

• Assist the Brand Manager on strategic and big-picture initiatives, including digital marketing campaign operations, PR and community events, and content strategy execution
• Help translate brand strategy into actionable and trackable plans across teams
• Provide regular status updates to the BM on projects owned, budget spend, and brand performance

Work Setup and Expectations

• Permanent, regular role. ASAP start
• 5 working days per week – Tue/Wed/Fri in-office in Parañaque, Mon/Thu remote
• 9:00 AM start, end time flexible - must attend all required meetings
• Punctuality with deadlines, projects, and meetings
• Salary negotiable
