Leads commercial analysis, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and provides insights that enable informed decision-making, effective risk management, and improved project outcomes. Serves as a senior advisor on projects and initiatives of large scope and complexity. Leads the delivery of accurate and timely commercial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Drives earned value management (EVM) and performance index reporting, ensuring alignment between cost and schedule data. Provides detailed analysis of cost, revenue, margin, and cash performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Analyzes complex margin erosion drivers, cash performance, and change recovery trends. Enables disciplined change, cost, and risk tracking, including proper monetization and impact assessment. Ensures data integrity across commercial systems and tools, supporting audits, reconciliation, and compliance. Supports governance reviews and approval workflows, ensuring compliance with commercial policies and procedures. Leads contract compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Drives the development, review, and challenge of EAC (Estimate at Completion) and ETC (Estimate to Complete) forecasts. Provides insights to support margin enhancement initiatives and overall business performance improvement. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in commercial analysis, project controls, or cost management within the built environment industry (construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors). Demonstrated expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency with commercial analysis software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Deltek, SAP, or equivalent project controls platforms). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proven experience in financial forecasting, variance analysis, and trend identification. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools for complex financial reporting and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex commercial data to senior leadership and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in contract compliance monitoring, change management, and risk assessment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables. Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain data integrity in fast-paced environments. Experience with audit preparation, reconciliation processes, and compliance with commercial policies and procedures.
