Assistant Manager, Affiliate Acquisition (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Distribution Partnerships you will be responsible for managing our Affiliates marketing channel, with a focus on delivering new card acquisition and billings growth via our Affiliate partners. Key to the role will be the ability to build and leverage solid relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and strategies to drive business growth. Manage and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns and sponsored content to drive customer acquisition and channel performance. Support with channel strategy development & lead day-to-day execution. Managing a calendar of Acquisition Offers Develop & maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, agencies & internal stakeholders to support business growth. Drive growth and scale of acquisition through reporting, analysis, insights and testing innovation. Maintain market awareness of competitor activity, industry and technological advances to analyse and develop future plans for Affiliate Acquisition Ensure all marketing activities comply with governance, regulatory and risk management requirements A collaborative style of doing business with an ability to influence, gain support and achieve outcomes with key stakeholders both across the organisation and externally. Creativity and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies. An ability to deliver results with an appetite to challenge the status quo to drive meaningful change across the business. Excellence in project management skills to ensure strong stakeholder engagement and execution following clear timelines and within budget. Analytical and data handling capabilities to support ongoing campaign forecasting and assessment including the monitoring of marketing channel performance.
