Key Responsibilities This position is within the Division of Integrated Healthcare, Office of Long Term Services and Supports and reports to the Office Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management in the following areas: program performance measurement, contracts, and development and implementation of standard processes. The successful candidate will assist in the Office's performance and quality assurance management by developing performance indicators to evaluate the performance of programs. Also act for, or represent, the Office Director as assigned in matters pertaining to operations. Provides assistance to the Director in overseeing staff, policy, and operations of office functions Makes recommendations regarding the oversight of programs and teams Directly supervises multiple teams within the office, issuing guidance, and providing support Collects, prepares, and presents data for division leadership to aid in decision making or as part of federal reporting Supplemental Information This position may currently be a hybrid of both in-office and remote work days.
