Assistant Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, and execution in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to build a career in project management. Training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking tasks
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Follow up on action items and deadlines
• Support communication between team members and stakeholders
• Update project tracking tools and dashboards

Requirements:

• No prior project management experience required
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates welcome
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic written English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection
