This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for construction who’s ready to grow into a leadership position. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication across teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities Support the Project Manager in managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractors Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to facilitate project execution Help track project milestones and generate progress reports Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes Assist in resolving issues and identifying opportunities for efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of experience in construction or project coordination Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and safety standards Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Traits Eager to learn and grow within the construction industry Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
