Your role will contribute directly to creating a positive experience for our clients. This role comes with fantastic career growth opportunities, including the chance to step into a Property Manager position within our team in just 12 to 18 months. We will give you all of the support, training and qualifications to get you there. What You’ll Be Doing : Customer Service Be the first point of contact for residents, handling queries, resolving issues, and keeping communication clear, friendly, and professional. Data Management : Keep our property management system (Qube) fully up-to-date, ensuring all information is accurate and organised. You’re a natural multitasker, able to manage your time and juggle tasks efficiently. You’ve got experience with systems like databases (Qube knowledge is a bonus) and are confident using Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail – you consistently deliver high-quality work. A collaborative spirit – you thrive in a team environment and take pride in contributing to shared goals.
