About our client:

Their community management services are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each homeowners association (HOA) they serve, relying on decades of experience and the expertise of their professional team. They prioritize active listening and collaboration with Board members to understand their objectives and develop strategic, customized HOA management solutions that align with community goals and long-term success.


We're looking for a Assistant Property Manager to support the following activities:

  • Provide day-to-day operations support to Area Managers.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for homeowners by providing responsive customer service via phone and email, addressing routine inquiries, procedural questions, and basic concerns.
  • Coordinate work orders, maintenance tickets, and compliance concerns with vendors and internal teams, including scheduling services, verifying completion, and collecting required documentation.
  • Track the status of ongoing community projects, follow up on outstanding items, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Provide support to the Board of Directors and Committee Members, composing correspondence, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, etc.
  • Review and code invoices received from vendors.
  • Arrange Board of Directors meetings and prepare all board meeting packets and correspondence necessary to notify parties and provide updates.
  • Maintain consistent communication with contract vendors, reporting concerns to the Board and/or Committees.
  • Assist in obtaining bid proposals and prepare bid comparisons for board review.
  • Maintain accurate and current association records.
  • Other activities as assigned.


Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.


This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself).

After the first 3 months, we add the following:

Minimum requirements:

  • MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative tasks.
  • Property or HOA management is highly preferred; if not, in a similar field like hospitality or project management.
  • Strong computer software and internet proficiency.
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong emphasis on problem resolution.
