Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight : Assist the Public Area Manager in directing daily cleaning operations across all shared spaces, including lobbies, restaurants, elevators, and outdoor arrival areas. Quality Assurance : Conduct frequent inspections to ensure all surfaces, furnishings, and decorative elements meet the strict Luxury Quality Assessment (LQA) standards. Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Public Area Attendants and Supervisors, fostering a culture of "heartfelt hospitality" and anticipatory service. Program Planning : Coordinate routine and deep-cleaning programs, such as marble polishing, carpet shampooing, and special setups for VIP arrivals or events. Departmental Collaboration : Liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and F&B to address maintenance needs or guest concerns promptly. Resource Management : Monitor the usage and inventory of eco-friendly cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring adherence to the resort’s sustainability and safety protocols. Requirements & Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years in luxury hospitality housekeeping, with significant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role. Pre-Opening Expertise : Experience in pre-opening stages —including project coordination and document control—is often mandatory for this specific destination. Technical Skills : Proficiency in property management systems (like Opera ) and a deep understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for high-end finishes. Core Attributes : A proactive, anticipatory approach, impeccable grooming, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Sustainability Mindset : Commitment to following strict discipline in reducing, reusing, and recycling in line with the Red Sea Global ethos. Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment. experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages. Experience in pre-Opening is a must. A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
