What You Will Do Ensure the maintenance of proprietary datasets to guarantee the delivery of high-quality data. Assist in defining market-level goals, priorities, and deadlines. Effectively communicate the Manager’s goals and priorities to the team and provide guidance and mentorship where needed. Implement and oversee processes and workflows with clear communication. Supervise daily research operations and monitor progress to ensure timely goal achievement. Contribute insights on employee performance reviews. Collaborate with the Manager to monitor and improve efficiency and quality metrics.
