Role Description This full-time remote role combines Assistant System Analyst and Software Testing Executive responsibilities to support and improve Crystal Magnate’s e-commerce technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing system requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting business stakeholders in refining functional specifications. The role involves designing and executing test cases, performing manual and basic automated testing, logging and tracking defects, and validating fixes before deployment. The Assistant System Analyst / Software Testing Executive collaborates with developers, product teams, and support staff to troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement of platform performance and user experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to understand requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology knowledge to work effectively with software, databases, and web-based platforms.
• Candidates should possess experience or interest in software testing, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Relevant skills and qualifications include attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and strong organizational and documentation skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, QA tools, or basic scripting/SQL is an advantage.
