Role Description The Assistant Vice President – Private Client Solutions is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of private clients, nurturing strong relationships, and serving as a trusted point of contact for their financial needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client objectives, coordinating suitable financial solutions, overseeing account management activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The AVP will collaborate with internal and external partners, track ongoing projects, monitor client satisfaction, and support sales initiatives to expand the client base. The position requires proactive communication, structured follow-up on client enquiries, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.

• Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to build, sustain, and grow client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand client profiles, evaluate financial needs, and interpret data for informed recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to identify opportunities, present solutions, and support revenue growth within the private client segment.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate client initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure consistent delivery of agreed solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth and sophisticated clients in a professional manner.
• Demonstrated experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration in Singapore with independent work from home.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
