As a Associate Business Analyst in Limerick, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem! This purpose of this Associate Business Analyst is: The Associate Business Analyst p lans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes whilst also organises, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collect data to identify root cause of problems and measures performance against process requirements. Align improvement to performance shortfalls and provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. You may deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Whilst also complete surveys and analyses best practices for techniques and processes, communicating team progress. Perform cost and benefit analyses and be proficient in understanding how GEN AI has become a core skillset of a team, with familiarity in writing and managing processes that manage agentic development. Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience. 2 years in an industry related role such as technical support, product management or product development with exposure to marketing, or comparable work experience. Knowledge and experience in most aspects of business analysis. Some knowledge of the payments industry, customer base and applied technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent skills in negotiating and collaborating to give guidance to the development organisation. Creation of quality, easy to understand papers and presentations.
