We are currently looking for a professional to join our Clinical Systems Support team in Mexico city, whose primary responsibility is to provide support for different clinical systems to end users. *This position is suitable for blind and partially sighted individuals. Responsibilities: Collaborate with life-science personnel to resolve clinical application/system issues. Work with Clinical, IT, and operational teams to address incidents and service requests. Perform administrative tasks like system access and privilege management. Ensure data quality by adhering to SLAs and KPIs. Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Exceptional customer service skills.
