Responsible for end-to-end premium accounting activities, including premium posting, reconciliation, suspense resolution, manual bill processing, root cause analysis (RCA), and accurate application of payments to group policy accounts. Ensures billing accuracy, timely issue resolution, compliance with client SLAs, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and improve operational efficiency.
