Good to Have Basic Insurance Understanding and Preferred Domain Experience Lloyd's of London Syndicate Operations London Market Insurance UK Commercial Insurance Premium Processing and Policy Administration Key Responsibilities Process and book premiums accurately in line with Lloyd's market guidelines and company procedures. Review and interpret MRC (Market Reform Contract) documents and related insurance documentation. Handle endorsement booking and policy amendments with high accuracy. Understand and execute activities across the complete UK Insurance Lifecycle , including: New Business Endorsements Renewals Cancellations Premium Adjustments Ensure compliance with Lloyd's and London Market standards. Perform quality checks and assist in resolving processing discrepancies. Support audit requirements by providing documentation, explanations, and process clarifications. Assist team members with knowledge sharing, process training, and calibration sessions. Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting turnaround time targets. Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in Lloyd's Syndicate Operations, Premium Processing, or Insurance Back-office Operations will be preferred.
