About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Associate Application Solutions Engineer to join our Application Solutions team to support our rapid growth. As part of a dynamic global team, you will play a crucial role in providing and maintaining our technology infrastructure to cater to the evolving demands of the business. As an Associate Application Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the resolution of product issues throughout their entire life cycle and effectively communicating with various stakeholders. Your focus will be on maintaining process adherence and delivering high-quality output. Success in this role requires exceptional teamwork skills and self-motivation, allowing you to carry out your duties with minimal supervision. This position is full-time and offers the flexibility of being fully remote. Responsibilities: Work in production support shifts and off hour production emergencies. Monitoring the production environment and ensuring smooth functioning. Develop complex queries for analysis, monitoring and report generation. Analyze and identify root cause and resolve technical problems by understanding business operations, product features, and technical solutions. Automate scheduled production processes. Test and control the changes applied to test and production environments. Document all processes, as appropriate. Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders. Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role will require evening support and holiday time, but employees are made aware of their schedule weeks in advance. What Success Looks Like: Success in an Associate Application Solutions Engineer role typically means demonstrating both technical proficiency and collaborative problem-solving within a customer or internal solutions context. Quickly gains proficiency in the company’s applications, systems architecture, and integration frameworks. Demonstrates the ability to configure, test, and deploy application solutions accurately and efficiently. Contributes to successful implementation of application solutions that meet client or business requirements. Ensures solutions are delivered with minimal defects and within agreed timelines. Partners effectively with senior engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements. Participates actively in code reviews, stand-ups, and team retrospectives. Candidate Requirements: Required: Minimum of Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with utilizing REST APIs Proven experience with setting and achieving challenging goals Previous examples of demonstrating persistence and overcoming obstacles as well as taking calculated risks to accomplish goals Preferred: Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
