About the Role The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution and evaluations of the brand marketing activities. This role includes working externally with media, creative and influencer agencies, and internally with sales, customer marketing, supply chain and finance to deliver successful product launches and campaigns. What You Will Do Support the (Senior) Brand Manager in driving brand performance, including market share growth, profitability, and achievement of business objectives within local markets. Contribute to the development and execution of annual brand plans, including ownership and management of advertising and promotion (A&P) budgets. Lead and support brand activation and innovation campaigns, ensuring successful execution, performance tracking, and implementation of corrective actions where required. Manage product innovation projects from concept to launch, including business case delivery, product phase-in/phase-out activities, distribution planning, and activation strategies. Analyze brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and recommend actions that drive growth. Support the development of product portfolios, pricing strategies, and assortment recommendations in alignment with global guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to implement assortment initiatives and optimize brand performance. Build strong understanding of healthcare professionals, payers, clinicians, customers, and consumers to strengthen brand strategies and engagement. Gather and translate consumer and customer insights into actionable recommendations that enhance brand performance and customer experience. Contribute to the development of global communication toolkits and innovation initiatives for lead markets. Ensure product innovations meet local market requirements, including listing, regulatory, and tender requirements, for successful commercialization in non-lead markets. Monitor brand investments and performance metrics to maximize return on investment and achieve business targets. Who You Are Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a junior marketing, brand management, or advertising role. Must have experience managing external agencies, including creative, media, influencer, production, and event agencies. Must have experience developing and executing media plans, reviewing creative assets, providing constructive feedback, and coordinating marketing events and activations. Must have experience analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to generate actionable recommendations. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Must have fluency in both English and Arabic.
