Handle travel bookings and related services using any major GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Process refunds, fares, and pricing accurately in accordance with company policies and airline guidelines. Apply understanding of different fare rules, routing types, and ticketing procedures to support customer requests. Engage with customers through email for query resolution, ensuring timely and professional communication. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service. Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards, ensuring error‑free work and adherence to SLAs. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
