A Day in the Life As an Associate Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional teams—including Customer Care, Contracts, Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and Enterprise Account Directors—to identify process improvement opportunities, perform data quality initiatives, and support customer-facing business operations. This role combines analytical problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence for strategic enterprise accounts. This will be a remote role for candidates located in Colombia Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: · Collaborating with team-members and internal stakeholders to set-up and maintain customer data in a timely and accurate manner · Focusing on the accuracy of high-impact business programs · Ability to problem solve while maintaining a positive demeanor · Conducting in-depth research to root cause and drive resolution · Identifying basic opportunities to improve business to business processes to serve internal and external customers better · Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams · Communicates with internal and external customers and vendors to provide world class customer service and quality assurance support · Providing a high level of professional support and partnership with key stakeholders · Proactively identifying root cause, trends, issues, barriers and knowledge gaps in an effort to facilitate ease of working with Medtronic to increase customer satisfaction for limited scope areas · Demonstrating a high level of ownership · Providing governance and support for project work Required Knowledge and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree · Fluent in English · Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, customer-focused · MS Office knowledge · One year of Customer Service, Order Management, Contracts, Pricing, Business Process, Master Data or related · Knowledge with SAP, Excel, Business Objects/Tableau preferred is advantageous Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
