Job Summary The Associate Client Manager (ACM) is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The ACM may work directly with sales executives on small groups that are sold. ACMs typically have a book of business with 15 to 20 clients and typically support groups with fewer than 300 employees. This position may have minimal assistance from a Client Coordinator. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client and assigned broker partners. ACMs also work on internal projects that benefit and support clients and/or the client management organization. ACMs are charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities OR High school diploma or GED equivalent required and 6 years industry experience. Results oriented and self-motivated Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong presentation skills Willingness to travel (up to 10%) Organizational, analytical, problem-solving solving and time management skills are required Preferred Job Qualifications: State Insurance license Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans Stop loss understanding is a plus; Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.) #LI-NR1 #LI-Remote Are you being referred to one of our roles? This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
