Work collaboratively with strategy, media, and client experience teams to build breakthrough campaigns. Help drive new business efforts, from the initial ideation and narrative crafting to the live pitch. Mentor junior creatives and help shape a collaborative, high-performing team. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in creative roles managing projects and teams across advertising, digital, social media, publishing, or PR. A portfolio packed with work that actually earns attention and sparks real conversations. Exceptional writing skills across formats and platforms. Experience creating integrated campaigns that blend social, influencer, PR, and experiential. A team-first mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and a genuine love for great ideas.
