Job Summary: The Associate, Credit Portfolio Management, will partner with an Asset Manager to service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including compliance with associated agreements and portfolio surveillance. Responsibilities: Address customer requests and internal inquiries promptly and professionally. Review and approve reserve disbursement requests in accordance with loan requirements. Monitor and ensure compliance with loan documents, including all covenant obligations. Prepare and complete required documentation for cash processing activities. Process payment day waterfalls to ensure accurate fund distribution. Review and analyze borrower financial statements and budgets for compliance and performance assessment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinker. Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage priorities in a dynamic work environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and administrative skills. Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
